Grant serves as Director of Integration at Spec Services, where he helps ensure the business runs smoothly and consistently in support of outstanding client delivery. He brings people, processes, systems, and partners together to strengthen execution, efficiency, and reliability across the organization.

Grant leads the integration and continuous improvement of operational systems that support scalability and accountability, while maintaining clear visibility into profitability and performance. With an operator’s mindset, he enjoys translating strategy into practical, repeatable processes grounded in accurate financial and operational data and designed to work in the real world. He especially appreciates that his role allows him to engage with every part of the business—identifying opportunities for improvement and helping the team get a little better every day.

Grant values the culture at Spec Services, where people are encouraged to lean into their strengths while continuing to grow, and where collaboration truly feels like a team effort. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing golf and tennis, and traveling.
