OUR STORY
In the Summer of 2016, Susan Bliss recognized that the field of Spec Writing was dwindling and saw this as an opportunity to rejuvenate it by utilizing her 35+ years of experience and create a firm dedicated to training a new generation. With a handful of clients, an intern, and willful determination, Spec Services came to life. In less than three years, our list of clients has grown exponentially along with our team.
One thing never changed; our mission has always been to deliver superior service to our clients. Be it a firm that has never written specifications or an international conglomerate, we bring our best to each and every client in order to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

OUR METHODOLOGY
At Spec Services, we have implemented a cooperative, team-based method of specifications writing that allows us to increase our quality control and deliver a higher level of service to our clients that is not typically available when only one writer is on the job. Through our proven process we stay with you from the point of the initial meeting through the end of construction with A-to-Z coordination between major milestones as well as during construction. We pride ourselves on utilizing our unique blend of teamwork, service, and communication to create lifelong relationships and raving fans.
