Doug develops continuing education training for staff, keeps master sections current, and serves as the firm’s senior technical advisor. As a Specifier, he specializes in complex and unconventional projects, often stepping in when timelines are tight and challenges are unique. With more than 50 years of experience in specifications, he enjoys sharing his knowledge with younger specifiers and clients alike.

He values the opportunity to continue contributing to the firm well beyond traditional retirement and finds great satisfaction in supporting both the team and the work they produce.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his grandkids.
