Leslie serves as Director of Training at Spec Services, where she leads company-wide learning initiatives ranging from onboarding to leadership development, helping foster a culture of continuous growth and excellence. With a strong focus on processes, procedures, and quality control strategies, she supports employees in excelling in their roles. In addition to developing the team, Leslie also manages accounts receivable, contributing to the company’s ongoing growth and stability.

She values the learning opportunities her role provides and appreciates being part of a team that truly cares about client needs, service quality, and supporting one another. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and spending time with her family.
