Susan is the Founder and President of Spec Services, LLC, bringing more than 40 years of experience in specifications writing, construction contract administration, interior design, and accessibility consulting. She founded Spec Services in 2016 with a vision to deliver high-quality specifications for architects while cultivating the next generation of architectural specifiers.

Susan is deeply passionate about industry education and enjoys sharing her knowledge to help develop new talent. What she loves most is watching her team learn, grow, and succeed. Outside of work, Susan enjoys curling (yes, the winter Olympic sport on ice) and spending time with family—especially her nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and, of course, her grandchildren.
