Teresa supports the preparation, coordination, and review of project specifications to ensure alignment with design intent, applicable codes, and firm standards. She works closely with senior specifiers on materials and systems research, consultant coordination, and the development of clear, accurate, and well-organized construction documents. Teresa enjoys the continuous learning that comes with the construction industry—especially understanding how projects come together and translating that knowledge into coordinated specifications.

As part of the team at Spec Services, she values the collaborative environment and shared commitment to growth and improvement. Outside of work, Teresa enjoys knitting, reading a good book, playing trivia, and hiking with her dog.
